We're proud to say that Mijas Vintage is a one woman run show! That being said, it can take between 2-5 business days to both pack and send out your order for shipment. Once your order has been shipped, a tracking email will be delivered to the designated email address on file. In the event of any processing delays from our end, an email notification will be sent. Once your item has shipped, please follow the carrier tracking number provided for all updates.

Mijas Vintage is not responsible for packages lost or damaged whilst in transit. If such an issue arises, please reach out to the carrier directly for assistance. For any other issue encountered during your order, please reach out via email and we'll do our best to set things right.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At this time we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. All items are final sale.

 

While we do our best to resource well loved and cared for items, due to their thrifted and vintage nature, some items may come with slight wear. All minor & major issues will be noted within the product's description page for full transparency. Please be sure to review each item's description and photos carefully before purchase.

ITEM CARE

The best way to preserve the life of most vintage items is to wash in cold water on a gentle cycle and hang or lay dry afterwards. For any items with tricky fabric or appliqué, we will do our best to include a "care card" in your package detailing extra instructions and tips.

 

We want your vintage to grow old with you, so treat it right!
